SMEs present unique challenges: limited audited statements and unstructured operations. This program builds a solid foundation in SME credit analysis, including constructing financial statements from incomplete information.

Elevate Credit Risk Management & Early Warning Signals

Participants develop insight into industry and business risk — capturing risk at assessment and monitoring it post-disbursement. A key focus is identifying early warning signals and taking pre-emptive action to avoid credit loss.

Assessment Center

Structured, evidence-based assessment of individual competencies using behavioral simulations, role plays, and in-basket exercises.

Pedagogy may include lectures, exercises, breakout groups, experiential activities, case discussions, and gamified simulations.

Presentation slides are followed by impromptu quizzes to maintain engagement and reinforce key concepts.

Frequent breakout group exercises and group presentations are used to apply and consolidate learning.

Every course — including behavioral skills programs — is followed by a post-test and continuous in-training evaluation through group work and assignments.
